Our group training classes are designed to take you from the basics through to more advanced, pet gundog-focused training in real-world environments.
Structured progression from puppy to beginner, then into pet gundog training
Small group sizes with individual coaching throughout
Focus on real-world skills like recall, lead walking, and engagement
Workshops available to develop specific gundog and training skills

We run structured, small-group classes with clear progression stages, alongside workshops to develop specific skills such as recall, engagement, and control around distractions.

Our classes are built around progression. We start with puppy and beginner training, focusing on core skills such as engagement, lead walking, and recall. From there, training becomes increasingly focused on pet gundog skills, helping dogs learn how to work with their owner around distractions, scent, and movement.
As dogs progress, we develop steadiness, impulse control, and reliability in more challenging environments. Workshops are also available to focus on specific areas such as recall, lead walking, and gundog foundations.
These group dog training classes in Aylsham and Norfolk are designed for real-world reliability, not just controlled environments.

Select the right starting point for your dog, whether that’s puppy, beginner, or a more advanced pet gundog-focused class or workshop.
Sessions focus on practical skills, helping your dog learn to work with you around distractions, scent, and movement.
You’ll get clear guidance and practical homework so progress continues outside of class.
We begin with a detailed discussion about the dog’s history — including breed, age, routine, exercise, diet, previous training, and any specific challenges the owner is experiencing. We then observe the dog in a practical setting. By the end of the assessment, we explain what we’re seeing, outline the likely root causes of any challenges, and provide a clear, structured plan for moving forward.
Our sessions focus on practical behaviour skills such as lead walking, recall, neutrality, impulse control, and calmness, with exercises adapted to each dog’s needs.
